Warranty Repair Information

If you decide to proceed with a hybrid battery replacement after diagnostics:

  • You’ll receive a warranty of 1 year or more, depending on your vehicle and battery type
  • Any major issue with the battery typically shows up within the first hour
  • Minor problems, if any, usually appear within the first 1 to 3 months
  • If your vehicle runs problem-free for 3 months, it’s a strong sign of long-term reliability
  • All warranty repairs must be done at our Surrey location
  • Physically damaged, burnt, or tampered batteries are not eligible for warranty
  • We require the original battery supplied by us for any warranty claim
