Have a BMW x5 40e, where the hybrid battery was failing and the dealership quoted 30K+ to replace.  Alec diagnosed the issue quickly, found a replacement battery from a recycler and worked through the myriad of BMW battery complexities to install / recondition / program, including working with BMW directly.  We couldn’t be happier with our experience – Alec is extremely knowledgeable, has exceptional customer service and is a genuinely good human being.
