Our Warranty Commitment
We understand that at its core, the battery business is truly a warranty business. That’s why we put every battery through thorough testing to ensure it lasts a long time and delivers greater value than even a brand-new one. However, like any other consumable product, there can be rare instances where issues may arise.
When that happens, we’ve got your back. If you ever face trouble during the warranty for battery period, we will fix it at no charge to you. We recognize how stressful it is to deal with car problems, and our goal is to make the process as hassle-free as possible.
There are a few limitations: warranty service can only be availed at our Surrey location, as we currently do not have setups elsewhere. That being said, if you encounter trouble near the end of your warranty term, we automatically extend your coverage by an additional three months for peace of mind.
We make tracking your warranty simple. Your phone number is all we need to look up your warranty and get your car fixed. Whenever you need us, we’re just a call away.
