Book Battery Replacement
Scope
- Diagnosing and replacing your hybrid battery with a professionally refurbished unit.
- If you're purchasing a battery for pickup, please bring your old battery with you. Otherwise, a $400 core charge will apply.
- We retain the old battery from all in-shop replacements.
- Please note: We are not general mechanics. Our services are limited to hybrid battery repair and replacement.
- Most vehicles are completed within 1 hour, but in some cases, service may take up to 4 hours.
Prepare before you arrive
To ensure a smooth appointment, please:
01.
Make sure your vehicle has enough fuel and that the engine is operational. If the engine has mechanical issues, replacing the battery may not start the car.
02.
Empty your trunk and rear seat, as we need clear access to the hybrid battery.
03.
Ensure the car has valid insurance and registration documents for the test drive after service. If these are not available, please inform us in advance.
04.
If your vehicle is being towed in, contact us before arrival to coordinate properly.
05.
Upon arrival, please reverse your car into the parking spot to allow easier access for our technicians.
What to expect in first three months
We stand behind the quality of our refurbished hybrid batteries and aim to ensure your vehicle runs reliably after installation. Here’s what to expect:
Minor issues, if any, tend to appear within the first three months of use.
In rare cases where something is missed during installation or testing, it will generally show up within the first day.
If the supplied battery has a major issue, it will typically become apparent within the first hour (during our test drive).
Good to know: 95% of vehicles experience no issues after battery replacement and go on to perform reliably for a long time.
