I am so glad and 100% satisfied with their service. Mr. Alok offered great customer service and helped me get my car back on wheels. They provide batteries in really good condition and at very affordable price. My Prius 2007 wasn't moving at all and they not just got the battery replaced but also helped me with the aftermath issues. If you are reading this, I highly recommend all the hybrid vehicle owners to contact them if you encounter any issue with the hybrid battery. Cheers! And keep up great work team!

If you own a hybrid car, you know how stressful battery issues can be. I was really worried about my car, but Mr. Alok made me feel calm and confident right away. He explained everything clearly, helped me through the process, and gave me an amazing deal I honestly didn’t expect.

A super honest and trustworthy EV auto shop in the city!
I took my 2013 Fiat 500e (an older EV) to iHybrid to check the health of the battery and inspect the coolant system as part of routine maintenance. Another EV shop had already quoted me a cost over the phone without even fully diagnosing the car.
At iHybrid, the shop owner did a full battery diagnostic and also checked the coolant system at no cost, explaining that I would only be charged if there was actually something that needed fixing.
Everything came back in great condition—the battery, the coolant system, and the coolant itself—so I didn’t pay anything. Instead, I gained trust and built a great relationship with the owner.
I’m now upgrading to a 2020 Kona EV, and I’ll definitely be bringing it to this shop and catching up with the owner again!

Very good service, super price, and excellent product after care. With the refurbished battery, there is a one year warranty, and after iHybrid installed one to my 2008 Toyota Camry Hybrid, it had a module 5 fault within one week, which actually immobilized my vehicle. I contacted Alok, and he came to my place on the weekend to inspect the battery and change it to another refurbished one. They really take care of their batteries as if they still own it!
