3. Product Purchases

3.1 Refurbished and New Batteries
All sales of refurbished and new batteries require the return of the old battery core. If the old core is not provided at the time of purchase, a core charge of $500 will apply.

3.2 Warranty

Refurbished batteries come with a 12-month warranty.
New batteries come with a 36-month warranty.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or external factors.

3.3 Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the battery is in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Services

4.1 Battery Repair and Refurbishment
The Company offers battery repair and refurbishment services. The turnaround time for these services is typically 1-2 days, depending on the extent of the repairs needed.

4.2 Installation
Professional installation services are available for all batteries purchased from the Company. Installation appointments can be scheduled by contacting us.

5. Core Charge

A core charge of $500 applies if the customer does not return the old battery core when purchasing a refurbished or new battery. This charge is refundable upon return of the old core within 30 days of purchase.

6. Liability

The Company is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from the improper use or installation of our products. Customers are advised to follow all installation and usage instructions carefully.
