Our hybrid battery replacement policies are designed to give you peace of mind, ensuring reliability and quality when replacing your hybrid car battery. Please review these terms carefully before using our services.

2. Definitions

• “Company” refers to iHybrid Battery, the provider of the products and services.
• “Customer” refers to any individual or entity that purchases or uses the Company’s products or services.
• “Products” refers to the refurbished, new, and repaired hybrid batteries sold by the Company.
• “Services” refers to the repair, refurbishment, and installation services provided by the Company.

3. Product Purchases

3.1 Refurbished and New Batteries
All sales of refurbished and new batteries require the return of the old battery core. If the old core is not provided at the time of purchase, a core charge of $500 will apply.

3.2 Battery Warranties

• Refurbished batteries come with a 12-month warranty.
• New batteries come with a 36-month warranty.
• The warranty coverage includes defects in materials and workmanship. However, it does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or external factors.

3.3 Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the battery is in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Services

4.1 Battery Repair and Refurbishment
The Company offer battery repair and refurbishment services. The turnaround time for these services is typically 1-2 days, depending on the extent of the repairs needed.

4.2 Installation
Professional installation services are available for all batteries purchased from the Company. Installation appointments can be scheduled by contacting us.

5. Core Charge

A core charge of $500 applies if the customer does not return the old battery core when purchasing a refurbished or new battery. This charge is refundable upon return of the old core within 30 days of purchase.

6. Liability

The Company is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from the improper use or installation of our products. Customers are advised to follow all installation and usage instructions carefully.

7. Privacy Policy

The Company is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the purchase or service process is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and providing customer support. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
