Our refurbished batteries come with a 12-month warranty, while our new batteries come with a 36-month warranty.  Both warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship. There is 6-12 Months labour only warranty for Hybrid Battery Repairs.

When you purchase a refurbished or new battery from us, we require your old core in return. If you do not provide the old core, a core charge of $500 will apply.

Our refurbishing process involves thoroughly testing the battery and capacity grade them, replacing any faulty cells, balancing the battery pack, and performing a final quality check to ensure optimal performance.

Yes, we offer free professional installation services for all the batteries we sell. 

The entire battery repair or replacement process typically takes 1 to 3 hours, including a post-installation test drive. In most cases, your vehicle will be ready within 1–2 hours. However, in rare situations, unexpected issues may cause delays, and the vehicle may need to stay with us for the day. We recommend arranging a backup ride, just in case—but 99% of the time, you’ll be back on the road the same day.

Our warranty service is provided only at our Surrey location, where all battery sales and repairs are handled. If you’re experiencing issues, the battery must be returned to our shop at your expense. We’ll begin repairs as soon as it arrives, but please note we cannot guarantee shipping times to and from your location.

We strongly advise against resetting any trouble codes without first identifying and resolving the root cause. Resetting codes without proper diagnosis can hide serious issues. If the battery is damaged due to overheating, mechanical damage, or misuse, the warranty will be void. Always have the problem properly inspected before clearing any codes.

No. We do not accept cash payments to avoid taxes, and neither do any of our employees. Every transaction is properly invoiced, and taxes must be paid regardless of the payment method. We operate with full transparency and comply with all tax regulations.
